Hello – My name is Pushka Ben – and I am a young 22 year old internet entrepreneur.

I decided to start my own business PushkaCom, and decided that I would never work for another company – not work for someone else, but for myself.

Then soon after this, I saw the vast multitude of “Life at Google” videos, and was amazed at how the employment at Google works.

Usually, a corporation has a big boss, and layers of managers, and bosses, all managing the little people below, telling them what to do, punishing those who don’t maximise profits, and sometimes rewarding those who make the most money for the corporation.
But at Google – it is a more flat management – and the employees, the Googlers, are more like entrepreneurs that all work together for the greater good of Google.
Working on projects that are of interest to them, they are free to manage their own time and rescources, working together, and also using 20% of their time to work on any project they wish. anything ~

It’s a fun young culture of creativity, intelect and brilliance.

I feel that I was born to work in such an environment – so I will hone my mind and character and skills and take the plunge – and apply for a position at Google.

And if I am rejected – I’ll work on it and apply again (while starting my own company).
